In 1881 Arthur and Frances Lewcock resided at 4 Dunkirk Road, Newcastle-under-Lyme with their daughter. The census states Arthur Lewcock was a boiler maker. He was born at Chester, Cheshire. Frances was born at Burslem and Wilmot was born at Newcastle. Robert and Ellen Lukes were lodgers at their home. (RG 11, piece 2700, folio 78, p. 27)

In 1872 Frances married Arthur Lewcock in Chester, Cheshire, England. Born abt 1850 in Chester, Cheshire, England.

The 1891 British census states Arthur and his daughter Maud Lewcock resided at 9 Dunkirk Road, Newcastle-under-Lyme. The census refers to 9 Dunkirk Road as Dunkirk Tavern. Arthur Lewcock was a boiler maker and had remarried May Lander. He was born at Chester, Cheshire. Maud was born at Newcastle. Ann and Alfred Lander, Mary's children from her previous marriage also resided in the household. (RG 12, piece 2150, folio 13, p. 19)
