Abraham Lepla of Welches Dam in the Isle of Ely who is the keeper of the House at that place called Three Fishes Which House is considerably out of repairs so that it is nearly untenantable; therefore hopes His Honble board will take it into Consideration , and leave Orders so that the said House may be put into a Tenantable repair as he his is sure it will not carry him over the winter.

Jane Lepla resided at an almshouse, 1 Love Lane, Wisbech St. Peter, Cambridgeshire according to the 1861 British census. She was a widow and "previously tailor's wife". Jane Lepla was born at Newton, Cambridgeshire. (RG 9, piece 1048, folio 65, p. 12)
