Philip Hall and family resided in Great Stukeley according to the 1841 census. He was a 50-year old widower and an agricultural labourer. Philip's children Elizabeth (age 20), Mary (age 12), Susanna (age 10), William (age 8) and Rebeker (age 5) and his grand-daughter Sarah (age 1) resided with him.

The 1851 census states that the Hall family lived in the Green End section of Great Stukeley. He was a widower and agricultural labourer. Three of his children resided with him as well as a lodger.

The 1861 census indicates that Philip Hall and his daughter Susannah resided at Great Stukeley. He was formerly an agricultural labourer while his daughter had no occupation. He was born at Bythorn while Sussannah was born at Great Stukeley.

A tombstone in the churchyard at Great Stukeley reads: "In affectionate Remembrance of Philip Hall who fell asleep in Jesus November 9th 1871 aged 79 years. Also Susannah daughter of the above who died February 5 1863 aged 32 years. That in the world...., Friends and children dear, I hope the Lord..... "(remainder not legible).

On 12 Oct 1813 Philip first married Mary Bedford, daughter of John Bedford & Rediva Bertram, in Great Stukeley, Huntingdonshire, England. Born in Jan 1788 in Great Stukeley, Huntingdonshire, England. Mary was baptized in Great Stukeley, Huntingdonshire, England, on 6 Jan 1788. Mary died in Great Stukeley, Huntingdonshire, England, in Jul 1816; she was 28. Buried on 22 Jul 1816 in Great Stukeley, Huntingdonshire, England.

13. Edmund Hall (William2, Thomas1). Born abt 1795 in Bythorn, Huntingdonshire, England. Edmund was baptized in Bythorn, Huntingdonshire, England, on 5 Jul 1796. Edmund died in Kimbolton, Huntingdonshire, England, on 21 Sep 1879; he was 84. Buried on 25 Sep 1879 in Kimbolton, Huntingdonshire, England.

The Hall family resided at The Mill Wornditch in Kimbolton.

The tombstone in Kimbolton Cemetery reads: "In loving memory of Edmund Hall, Died Sept 21 1879, also of Sarah wife of the above who died Oct 19, 1868 anged 52; also of Matilda daughter of the above who died July 7 1865 aged 37. A few more years shall roll, A few more seasons come, And we shall be with those that rest, Asleep within the tomb." Matilda was in fact Edmund Hall's daughter in law, wife of Jeremiah Hall.

On 28 Oct 1822 Edmund first married Suzannah Hankins, daughter of Jeremiah Hankins & Suzannah Dawson, in Clapton, Northamptonshire, England. Born abt 1798 in Clapton, Northamptonshire, England. Suzannah was baptized in Clapton, Northamptonshire, England, on 11 Oct 1798. Suzannah died in Kimbolton, Huntingdonshire, England, on 4 Mar 1840; she was 42. Buried on 7 Mar 1840 in Kimbolton, Huntingdonshire, England.

Buried on 21 Oct 1868 in Kimbolton, Huntingdonshire, England.

The 1841 census states that Sarah Love was a domestic servant in the household of Edmund and Suzanna Hall. Sarah died on an obstruction of the bowels.

On 23 Mar 1818 Sarah married Austin Winsworth in Bythorn, Huntingdonshire, England. Austin was baptized in Hargrave, Northamptonshire, England, on 9 Jun 1793. Born abt 1797 in Hargrave, Northamptonshire, England. Austin died in Bythorn, Huntingdonshire, England, on 16 Jun 1874; he was 77. Buried on 20 Jun 1874 in Bythorn, Huntingdonshire, England.

Tombstone in Bythorn Churchyard reads "In affectionate memory of Sarah, the beloved wife of Austin Winsworth, who fell asleep in Jesus December 20th 1871 aged 72 years. She was a teacher for 36 years in the Sunday School and a member of the Church Choir 50 years in this parish. Also of Austin Winsworth, husband of the above who died 16 June 1874....
